Consecrate Daily is for a household's own scripture study, records and service. Here is what it keeps and what it never does.
What we keep
- What you type in: reading plans, journal entries, tithing and offerings, callings and the people you serve, temple dates, notes.
- Your patriarchal blessing, if you upload it, and the notes the two of you add.
- Your name, email and the devices you turned reminders on for.
How it's protected
- Blessings, journal entries, people's names and contact details, and notes are encrypted at rest with a key that belongs to your household.
- Only the adults in your household can see your household's data. Your spouse can see your blessing; no one else can.
- We never put your blessing, your journal or the people you serve in logs, analytics or emails.
What we never do
- We never import, scrape or sync anything from LCR, Member Tools or Donations. You type everything yourself.
- We never send messages or emails to anyone for you. The Message button opens a draft in your own app.
- We never sell or share your data.
AI
Some features (footnote suggestions, study translations, study plans) use Anthropic's Claude API. For your blessing, this is off until you turn it on in Settings. When it's on and you ask for a suggestion, the blessing's text is sent to the Claude API to write it. Anthropic doesn't use API data to train its models. Results are saved so the text is sent as few times as possible. Every scripture reference the AI suggests is checked on Gospel Library before it's shown.
Your choices
- Export: Settings → Export my data downloads everything that's yours as a file.
- Delete: Settings → Delete my account removes your account and everything that's yours, including your blessing's PDF. If you're the last adult in the household, the whole household is deleted.
- Released from a calling: the app offers to delete the people saved with it.
