How the times are worked out

Every verse of the Book of Mormon, plus the title page, introduction and witnesses, is counted word by word, so each day's minutes come from the actual reading rather than an estimate of pages. Charts by verse keep the days close in length; charts by chapter end each day at a chapter, so some days run longer.

The readings link to the scriptures in Gospel Library. Consecrate Daily never copies scripture text.
